Fixed [23816] Completing tournament province finishing "On to Distant Lands" quest

Dont know if its bug, or intended behavior, but i didnt noticed this before. Completing tourney province is counted as a normal province in " On to Distant Lands" quest. I think that in like past 2 months only world map provinces counting to this quest.

confirmed, the complete a province quest (in all its forms) finishes when completing a tournament province.
