Current situation:
When you open tech tree which missing only last few techs on the end and then drag and drop tech tree, you notice that unresearched techs disappear for a second and appear again, in both versions flash + HTML5

Not disappearing unresearched techs
Reproduction steps:
1. Have whole tech tree researched but last 3
2. Open tech tree
3. Tech tree opens on the end of tech tree
4, click with your mouse to move tech tree to the left
5. notice that unresearched techs dissapear and reappear
