Tooltips in AWs are missing in HTML5

Expected situation:
Proper tooltips

Reproduction steps:
1. Open any wonder on overview tab
2. mouse over icons on top which should tell you how the power is calculated
3. observe there is no tooltips

confirmed, not showing in html5 while its visible in flash version
