Current situation:
Using 1 enchantment from inventory doesnt update the total amount of enchantments in inventory.
Using second enchantment reduces total by 1 (should be 2)
Using IM spells shows 1 enchatment less and then rewrite it back to old value
relog solves this problems

Expected situation:
proper counting

Reproduction steps:
1. use any enchantment from inventory once
2. observe inventory that it doesnt update
3. use second enchantment from inventory
4. observe inventory that it reduces by 1

confirmed, using an enchantment drops the number by 1 and then adds it again.

Confirmed fixed. Enchantment amounts are reduced by 1 when using the first time. Does not add number back to total.
