Fixed [22984] Culture gained amount not shown in builders menu

Current situation:
Open up builders menu and click on Culture tab. None of the items shows the culture amount gained on any item. Even diamond culture items.
Not sure if it matters but all my builders are busy.

Expected situation:
Usually see the culture value of each item under at the bottom of the popup.


Reproduction Steps
Click on builders icon
Click on culture tab
hover mouse over any item.
