When open the fellowship information of a player without a fellowship I get an empty menu

When open the fellowship information of a player without a fellowship I expect the information that the player has no fellowship


Reproduction Steps
1. Open city of neighbour without fellowship
2. loading fellowship information
3. information screen is empty

@Fedora Thanks for tlhe report. When filling in the game version in a Beta bug report, please make sure that the bug occurs on Beta and fill in the Beta game version number, not the Live game version number. We now confirmed it's happening on Beta as well, so we will proceed reporting it
