Current situation:
Barracks timer show same amount of time until you add/remove troops to/from queue or reload game. (both in the building menu and tooltip).
Seems it's updated with the same value, cause numbers became blurry each second, same as in other updating fields.
Expected situation:
Barracks should always show correct time left.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Start Units training.
2. Look at tooltip/in building window.
