Fixed [22341] No atmospheric effects when using HTML5

After I enable HTML5 the option to turn on/off atmospheric effects has no effect, at least I don't see any atmospheric effects any more.

Thanks both! It may be that atmoshperic effects have not yet been coded in HTML5 - we'll check this out
