Current situation:
Player names in mail messages are plain text -> No way to visit player city from mail message.

Expected situation:
Clicking on player name should pop up menu.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open mail message

exactly same is from fellowship ranking window, you cant right click on fellowship to check their roster

fellowships from fellowship raniking window are still not clicable, is that a new bug because it feels exactly the same as player names
