Fixed [21897] Unable to use space in recipients

I'm unable to type a <space> in recipients address for new mail, i.e. for a name which has space in its name like "Lord Soth":

The <space> is ignored.

confirmed,

i can however copy paste 'Lord Soth' in there, as a possible work around

reproduction steps:

1 open a new mail
2 try to type a name with a space in it

I just checked my cities on the US, EN, and NL servers, and this is an issue there as well.
