Fixed [21437] Timer for tournament province to reopen again going twice as fast

Go to World Map, real time - 23:16.
Notice time remaining for tournament province to reopen - 9:00 m.

Wait for 1 minute (stay on World Map), real time - 23:17.
Notice time remaining for tournament province to reopen - 7:00 m.
9:00 - 7:00 = 2 minutes while only 1 minute in real time has past !?

You can wait longer if you like but for each 1 minute you wait on the world map, 2 minutes disappear from timer to reopen province.

Wait until timer hits 0.
Try to open province, it won't !
Reload game and notice timer for tournament province is still showing some time to wait.

10 minutes later but the tournament timer is down 20 minutes.

im not able to reproduce this (and time is running out since tournament is almost over).
I could not reproduce this on an account who didnt get yesterdays time offer, and i also couldnt reproduce it on an account who did get the time offer.

Any other ideas on what the cause might be?

I have the same issue. No clue about the cause though. The decrease in timer even varies, not always the same. It gets faster and faster.
Here is how my timer runs:
8:17 -> 8:15 -> 8:13 -> 8:11 -> 8:06 -> 8:01 -> 7:55 -> 7:49 -> 7:43 -> 7:37 -> 7:30 -> 7:23 -> 7:12

its happening everywhere even on all live servers
as far as i can see it only bugs out if province 1 is on cooldown

if i did province 2 only, cooldown had the right speed, once i finished province 1, both provinces went up with cooldown speed

Some more observations:

Once you open the world map, the timer goes down by 2 min each time. If you drag the map some, the timer speeds up. The more you drag the map, the more the timer speeds up.
If you go back to the city and open the world map again, the speed resets itself to 2 again.

This is not just happening with only the last tourny. I have noticed this the last few weeks already, just didn't had time to take the screenshots and report it.
