Fixed [20982] Double Phoenix Feathers not centered

It's Double Phoenix Feathers day again and this time the images looks correct:

However after visiting the World Map, Research Tree or another player the Phoenix Feathers ain't centered anymore:

Reproduction steps:
1. Log in game, observe icon for double fathers day. It is centered, right above text '2x'
2. Visit world map, return to town, observe icon for double feathers day. It is moved left, not anymore above text '2x'.
