Current situation:
The rarity of Spells on the smallest spell icons affect all other small icons. Check that in tournament chest rewards, First icon which shows rarity, shows that rarity in all other icons after it (like relics, enchantments, runes, blue print)

Expected situation:
It shouldnt affect other small icons

Reproduction Steps
1. Log into a game
2. Open tournament screen
3. Check reward over every chest
4. Notice that first small icon with rarity notification afftect all other small icons after it with same rarity

it was fixed with todays update, it was bugged yesterday when i checked
