Quest title: Phoenix Cult

Current situation:
Quest asks to spend 5 KP, but is finished after you spend 3 KP

Expected situation:
Either a typo or corrent requirements

Reproduction Steps
1. Get a quests asking for spending 5 KP
2. spend only 3 KP
3. quest finished

Thank you Dony for your report. Game indeed finish quest after 3 KPs spent, but asks for 5.
Also other Easter event quests which ask to spend KPs have this issue.
