Fixed [20410] Can't open tech tree

I can't open it at all - pogress bar gets stuck after loading maybe 1/5.
Chrome 64.0.3282.167

I'm having the same issue on the PC but was able to work around it by using the app to get to the tech tree.

I am having the same problem. It loads only so far and freezes. Can not get into the tech tree, therefore can not progress.

So what does confirmed mean? This has been an issue for about 24 hours. I've tried different web browsers and came up with NO work around.
