Curent situation:

ALl spells are unavaileble to produce in MA ... they are all black and there is information about "unlock technology"

Repro steps:
1) Have all needed technology for making spells
2) Have Magic accademy (mine is lvl 2)
3) Noticed You cannot producing spells
