Current situation:
Badge icons on quest givers blinking/jumping/redrawing after some progress is made on a quest. Eyes disturbing.

Expected situation:
It shouldnt be blinking.

Reproduction Steps
1. Have 1 quest of FA
2. Make some progress on quest with collecting supplies or goods
3. There is a chance that icon on quest giver will blink/redraw/jump

can make video if needed

Thanks Dony! I've observed this on a couple of occasions, but have not yet figured out the trigger. If anyone can reproduce this one consistently, please do let us know

for me usually when i need to collect 10xcarpenters badge and collect them all at 1 swing there is a high chance of seeing it
same for flacon badge
it doesnt happen every time tho its similar to my other bug report back then with FA badge jumping
