Darn your too quick Dony, I have the same error, barracks is borked for sure, reload didn't fix it. Not good with tourney going on, we need those troops training.

additional info, this happens only when whole queue is filled, once 1 squad is trained and you can collect it it fixes

As reported here, a quick fix is to remove road connection (it works for me too).
