Trader level 2 shows wrong tooltips while mainhall is upgrading

Expected situation:
It should show correct tooltips till mainhall upgrade finish

Reproduction Steps
1. reach halflings chapter
2. have trader level 2
3. start upgrading mainhall
4. check tooltips in trader

Tooltip should show new level of MH after upgrade is finished. So, this is a bug and we will forward it for fixing.

collection bonus still shows new level while the normal production shows correct level
