Current situation:
I don't know is mana implemented to mobile version, but if we can collect it and spend on technology, i think it is, so.
When we try to check information what mana decay is, game just stop responding and get freez
Expected situation:
Game should show information about mana decay
Reproduction steps:
1. Install mobile version of game, and log in(get guest race where mana is needed)
2. Check any cultural bulding producing mana
3. Finde information mark what mana decay is, and press it.
4. Get game freez
