Fixed [17609] Duration in Enchantment information sreen doesnt correspond with the game

Current situation:
Duration in Enchantment information sreen doesnt correspond with the game if you have built AWs improving that duration, while boost is updated correctly

Expected situation:
Duration should be same in all tooltips

Reproduction Steps
1. Have AW insreasing duration of Enchantment
2. Check Enchantment Information window in inventory
3. Observe difference

Prosperity towers gives more supplies and prolongs duration of 'Power of Provision'. Its magical power to do that is written in all tooltips, but not in the information window for this enchantment (in the inventory window).
We have so many tooltips and so many information windows for the same thing in game if you ask me ...
