Fixed [16545] Fighting in tournament impossible after Game Termination

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
I was in the middle of a tournament fight when the game got terminated and the world probably updated. After that I returned to the battlefield but whenever I tried to attack one of the remaining enemys an internal error occured. Walking around was working all fine though. I had to stop the fight completely.

Expected situation:
Being able to go on fighting!

Reproduction Steps:
1. Have a fight inside a tournament province running
2. "Game termination" happening
3. Reload the game
4. Choose "continue combat"
5. Try to attack an enemy

EDIT: After using the "retreat" button and reloading once more. Its all working fine again. Though, yesterday, when the same thing happend to me, I was able to go on fighting all fine.

Tried this fix, it works now just fine.
