Fixed [16233] Inspiring Meditation doesnt count as spell for Dragon Abbey wonder - no mana awarded

Current situation:
When casting Inspiring Meditation spell i am not awarded with mana if i have Dragon Abbey wonder built. There is blimp showing i should get mana on the city map, but no blimp under top banner showing that i got mana.

Expected situation:
I should be awarder with mana when casting any spell

Reproduction Steps
1. Have Dragon Abbey wonder
2. Cast Inspiring Meditation spell
3. observe

Indeed you see in the city that you are getting mana, but its not being added to your total.
