Fixed [15803]Ranking button is clickable from the points increase/decrease popup even when its not visible

Current situation:
When moving buildings it is possible to click on Ranking button while miles away from it Its annoying when you need to move building to top left corner and still canceling moves because you click on invisible ranking button.

Expected situation:
It should not be possible to click it there

Reproduction Steps
1. Log into game
2. Visit some random fellowship member
3. Go back to your town
4. Press Move button on the bottom
5. Click on any building and try to move it in a way that you click in a place described on the picture
6. It will cancel Moving function and open Rankings tab

Edit. you actually dont need to use move button, visiting fellow and then coming back causes this bug already

I've edited your thread title, since it has nothing to do with moving.

The problem is that you can click on the location where + or - points come when you trash/upgrade a building.
When that popup is available that is desirable effect (i assume). But when its not visible you shouldnt be able to click on that.

You can notice its this box that you are clicking on because if you come too close to the number, it doesnt work anymore. (since that again outside that box).

You can trigger this effeect by gaining/loosing ranking points (and waiting till the popup is gone) or by visiting another player.

Repro steps:
1 load game, click right of the number, notice nothing happens
2 gain or loose ranking points (or visit a neighbour)
3 wait till the point popup is gone (or go back to your city)
4 click on the location you saw thee points popup and click there, noticee now the ranking tab opens (unlike in step 1)

Our development team is currently unable to reproduce this issue so it seems as if it resolved itself. Should it still be there, could you please provide us with more accurate reproduction steps?

2. press "F" fellowship shortcut
3. visit random member
4. observe bug, nothing has changed
