Needles of the tempest shows training speed as 3626% increase for me

Expected situation:
It should show right amount

1. Open needles of the tempest AW or check tooltip while hovering over it

I think the flying academy will be fixed when they give the new version? doubt they will spend time on fixing it when they are still redoing it.
However still strange that it came together with the needles bug, i would assume they are linked so they are both fixed together aswell
