Current situation:
After Inspiring meditation spell ends KP bar stays extended until reload.

Expected situation:
It should disappear after spell ends.


Reproduction Steps
1. Have active inspiring meditation spell
2. be online when effect ends
3. watch KP bar

It seems that the number of KPs does not increase anymore once the spell timer hits 0, so no extra KPs are gained, but the KP bar stays extended beyond its time.
