Won't fix [13145] Tooltip hides troop pick window

Quest title:

Current situation: tooltip when hovering over and clicking on the + sign for picking troops hides the troops you are selecting.

Expected situation: to be able to see what troops I have previously picked while selecting additional troops.

Reproduction Steps:
1. enter an encounter
2. click fight
3. go to + sign to pick troops
4. see tooltip covers the picked troop window
5. __

The tooltip can be placed below or above the + button, and in both cases it will cover troops (both chosen or available can be important to player). We have decided to accept the fact that player has to move the pointer off the + button.
