Quest title: Rise of Phoenix Event

Current situation:
The information for the Tower of Fire (event building) only mentions the culture value, but doesn't mention that the building also produces coins and needs to be placed alongside a road

Expected situation:
Full information about the event buildings, so you can make an informed decision whether or not you want to try to get that building

• Tooltips for Event buildings should now show any production options and/or street connections.

Stil not working for me:

No street requirement !?
