Fixed [12949] Tournament "banner" visible even when not in a FS

My test account Jasper isn't part of any FS so I can't participate in any tournaments. However since today's update I do have the tournament "banner" in the top left when I go to the world map. I'm quite sure I didn't have this before the update.

Clicking on it results in a stream error.
