Could a mod delete this, I just realized that they are probably not even clickable for help yet! Sucks though at chapter 2 I don't have a lot of space for culture and could use the culture boost. Wish they would just have them clickable for neighbor help when we get them like the other cultural buildings.

You may be right Sir S, but perhaps we should have verification they act as designed?

I forgot that the event buildings are never clickable for neighbor help when they first put them out, they usually do it a couple days or a week later.
Not sure why, as I have never seen an answer to that question yet.

Thanks Sir Squirrel! We can confirm that it's currently not possible to select the Valentine's event buildings for an Ensorcelled Endowment spell.
