As I said I can't move the residence. If I place it to street connection it says "Internal Error" I tried multiple times but it doesn't work.

In order to assist us with investigating this, it would be helpful if you could fill in the template found here, and let us know as much detail as you can about the issue you are experiencing. In particular, are you now unable to log in, and if so, what was the action you took in the game immediately before the reload?

Update: We've now confirmed this issue and our development team are working on a fix
