When I do a mouseover on an upgradable building, the information that it is upgradable is missing
This happens for all buildings, no matter if it is producing or idle.
Expected situation:
See if a building is upgradable without opening it

1. Look at the mouseover of an upgradable building
2. open it and have a look at the tab "Upgrade"
