Won't fix [12250] Icons of units not really sharp

Current situation:
The icons for units got smaller, but also look very unsharp now. A shadow was added, which really does not look awesome.

Expected situation:
Shrinking icons should still let them look sharp. The black ugly shadows can be removed completely (imho).
