Quest title:

Current situation:
started barrack upgrade to level 9 (gives 5th slot in training ground) and can train before finishing the upgrade of the barrack in 5 slots at training ground

Expected situation:
get 5th slot after the upgrade of the barrack is done

Reproduction Steps
1. start upgrade of barrack to level 9
2. open training ground and start training
