Fixed [12120] Wholesaler Count down doesn't.

Current situation: Wholesaler countdown seems to be stuck on 8:56 for the last hour or so. Or else it only counts down while I am logged in to the game.

Expected situation: Count down should continue going down towards zero whether I am logged in or not.

Reproduction Steps

1 Open Wholesaler

2 Trade something

3 Note the count down time.

4 Log out.

5 Wait a while

6 Log in again

7 Check the wholesaler again.

This is not fixed for me. I just tried logging out and back in, and the countdown is still sitting at 23:24 for me

Edited to add that I left the trader open, on the wholesaler tab, for a few minutes, and it did count down while it was open, it was down to 23:20 when I closed the trader, opened it up again, and it's back to 23:24
