Thank you for your report. I am not able to reproduce this at the moment. Could you provide us with exact reproduction steps to make this happen?

Dear Marindor,
here is the required information, including screen shoots.

After completing building the weeping willow the culture bonus increased up to 170% (see picture 1), the culture bonus is correct (150%) but the displayed "sun symbol" shows wrong information (170%).
After reloading the game the correct "sun symbol" (150%) is displayed (see picture 2).

Additional information:
Happens again, a few minutes ago, when completing the next willow
160% "sun" displayed instead of 150% "sun"

Don't have a clue how to reproduce it, but I experienced the same.

Just logged on, built a small culture building and started a 15 min production in workshop as I saw it, a reload fixed it.
