Fixed [11813] Can't view player rankings properly

Current situation:
Can't view the first page of player rankings. The arrow takes me to the end of the list. Player position is wrong as well.

Expected situation:
Should be able to view the first page of player rankings.

Reproduction Steps
1. Go to player rankings and try to get to first page with arrows.

The entire arrow system seems to be bugged. You cannot go straight to the first page cuz the arrow is greyed out and if you try to move around with the arrows manually, all you can do ist get to page 6 and that's it.
