I had this bug in the scrolls tournament again and had to reaload the game to get the right % of bonus.
Do you need additioal screenshots?

This issue was fixed with the update to 1.20. If you encounter it again, please do let us know!

The bug is back and has an additional sidekick (see amount for next upgrade).

The relic increase came from tournament milestones.
The tooltip in manufactory doesn't refresh, but when you collet the goods the right amount is credited. After a reload the game shows all correct again.

The bug has changed now

I've got bonusrelics from tournament today and the notification for the increase.
Checked my relic window an had thos strange numbers...
Someone in my country mentioned this strange numbers are a result of a programming issue.
My english skills are not enough to translate it, but maybe you simply let a german developer have a look at this post ;-)

After that I checked my production (it was ready to pick up). The tooltip is wrong, but when you collect the goods, the credited amount of goods is correct.

BUT when you now start an new production, you will be debited with the wrong amount (less than it should be). Didn't do a reload, because wanted to check this.

Do you need screens of all of this (manufactury, pick up etc)?


EDIT:
Relics out of the eventchests don't give notification when the bonus increases and only have effect after a reload.

Didn't found the right thread, but as I already mentioned this bug here, I will post it again.

After I collected relics for my boosted goods from phoenix eventchest the bonus window is showing again wierd numbers.
Do you want me to create a new bugthread?
