Current situation:
When hovering with the mouse over a wonder in the wonder menu, the tooltips take into account your current culture bonus - but it is not clear that they do it (normally - as I understand it - numbers affected by a culture bonus are green, these numbers stay white). People could build them and "wonder" why they aren't as strong as the tooltip indicated.
First screen shows my current situation with 125% culture bonus.
Second screen shows the current situation of my girlfriend with 100% culture bonus.
Same happens when hovering over the Golden Abyss wonder....
Expected situation:
Numbers in tooltips etc. should always indicate whether they are affected by culture bonus or not.
