Quest title: My honorable Liege (Solstice Quest 3)

Current situation:
I have normally choice between "Solve 20 encounters" or "have at least 200 provinces", I'm trying to solve encounters but my counter is blocked on the provinces...

Expected situation:
Solve this quest with encounters!

Reproduction Steps
1. Try with "fight"
2. Try with "negociate"
3. Try with "fight" and "negociate" on Internet Explorer and Firefox : it's the same problem, I'm blocked!
4. I contact the support 24 hours ago and no answer... nice...

you will see your progress after you beat 7 encounters
progress bar only shows task which is closer to completion (percentage based)
