Fixed [11130] Game Time not german time anymore - bug or feature?

Current situation:
The Game time was (at least for a long time now) UTC+2, now it is UTC+1 again.
The time is shifted 1 hour in all areas - chat, notifications, messages.

Even the time of the forum is shifted (beta.forum.elvenar.com)


Expected situation:
I expected the game time staying accordingly to german real time (UTC+2).

Yes, it seems wrong now. I live in The Netherlands, so I should have the German time in chat, but it is 1 hour earlier in chat.

We did update our forum software yesterday and it seems the default timezone (at least while not logged in) may have changed. We set it back to Central Europe again now, that should correct it so that the forum shows German time again too.

That still leaves us with the in-game time, though.
