Current situation:
While in world map, clicking on any city or province or gold mine doesnt enter that city, province or collect gold

Expected situation:
It should be always possible to enter any city i click on, same with province (unfinished), or collect gold from gold mine.

Reproduction Steps
1. open world map
2. use mousewheel and scroll down
3. from that point clicking doesnt work

Thank you for the report - we can confirm the problem. It appears that after a simple scroll up you can visit locations on the map again.
