Current situation:
Randomly positioned reward chests may be put at positions which now are construction ground, since the new extension of the building ground for the new expansions have been implemented. The algorithm for placing reward chests does not recognize the new size of the greater building ground.
Expected situation:
NH reward chest only should be placed outside the building ground.

Currently don't have one, but the chest was positioned directly over a street on the outer edge of a citymap of one of my members
