Current situation:
Every time I visit a player for neighbourly help and return to my city, I have more expansions placed than I should have. When trying to place a building on the additional space I get an error.
Expected situation:
After visiting a player I should not have more expansions than I really have.

1. Visit a neighbour
2. Return to your city
3. Move and place a building whre no place shoudl be
4. Get an error and reload the game
