Current situation:
Your own KP Bar is not hidden, when visiting members (same for neighbors)
(Not sure if it's ever actually hidden or just not shining through without the enlarged spell-enabled bar.)
At least, when the spell "Inspiring Meditation" is active, the part with the text indicating the next KP point (and it's the time of your own KP bar) is visible below members/neighbors city/town name.
Expected situation:
Ok, while writing this, I see it's not a bug really. Just was confused about that "animated" blinky time counting thing below the town name, which I have never seen before
Anyway, perhaps it is interesting to see/display the members/neighbors data, while visiting (his complete top menu/bar) instead of your own...
All information about your own city (scores, KP, Culture, Coins, etc.) should be hidden/not visible when visiting members/neighbors.
