Fixed [10001] Can gather coins from gold mines with full coin storage

Reproducibility: 5/5

Current situation:
It is possible to gather coins from the new Gold Mines on the neighbor map even if the coin storage is full. However, the coins are just lost since the storage is full, but there is no indication of this.

Expected situation:
I would have expected it to work just like when gathering from houses, i.e., if the coin storage is full, then the coin icon greys out and it is not possible to click it until there is space in the coin storage.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Make sure the coin storage is full.
2. Gather coins from a Gold Mine n the neighbor map.
3. Watch the coins vanish in thin air.

This has been fixed (you now get a confirmation pop-up if you cannot collect the full amount).
