But since the support can't help ...
I'll encourage to everybody in the same case to send message to the suport with tittle "enough is enough " and maybe ....
Since the support cant' help, it would be only a waste of time (for players and support); it's much better continue to complain in forum(s) where everyone (including Inno HQ) can see it.But since the support can't help ...
Perhaps they just want to keep track of the Beta Forum, which requires a Beta account. And look at the playerlist; as on any live-world, page after page of players with either a 0-point score, or a score of <500 points. Such players should be removed as they don't add anything to the testing purposes.
I know what you mean, but that's not entirely true, it only requires an account to be able to post things, you don't need it to read anything here which should be enough to keep informed.Perhaps they just want to keep track of the Beta Forum, which requires a Beta account.
Same for the US and UK server. Didn't check the French one. This morning all the forums (at east the ones I use, beta and Dutch) were dead (unobtainable) for several hours.. now they are back, but beta still seems to suffer from graphical glitches, like pages not loading completely and/or (there it is again!) freezing while loading...

Yes, you're right: yesterday there was a data migration, but it took longer than expected.Same for the US and UK server.
Would have been a nice if it was announced.. or - as the delay occured - at least communicated via an ingame announcement?yesterday there was a data migration, but it took longer than expected.
I hate adds, so... let's have a lot more adds!Too many ads kills the ad ^^
We can use the tournament rankings as an imperfect guide to how many active players there are. Currently 1378 people have scored points this week. So I am not convinced that there are more than 2500 active players on beta at the moment. However, if it was up to me, I'd be limiting beta to say 2.000-2.500 active players at most as that would be enough to get things tested. Which probably means I'd be kicked out as beta is a low priority for me.
Exactly. Though not everyone needs to participate in the tourney to be active. And some of the larger players may do the entire tourney in one day on Friday/Saturday, maximizing the use of booster buildings that way, so I'm sure the number will go up a bitWe can use the tournament rankings as an imperfect guide to how many active players there are. Not true. Anyone can read the beta-forum. Just for posting you need an account, so just keeping in touch with what is happening is no real argument and definitely no reason to have 0 point cities.Perhaps they just want to keep track of the Beta Forum, which requires a Beta account.
I am glad that it isn't up to you to determine who is considered as useful and/or having a reason (issue?) to be on beta...I'm pretty much black/white on that; if you aren't an active player in my opinion you have no issue being on beta. And all those 0-point accounts definitely don't.
