3x the same quest in the loop Quest is really unnecessary.

the 3rd quest is an elves quest, you shouldn't have this one.

Liathary is right, you shouldn't get the quest for the Elves, since you are a human. Since this has been reported already, I'll lock this thread as a duplicate but I put a link in the other one to your issue, so it is known now. Thank you for reporting PeVy!
