Duplicate Wrong menu when selecting outside FS players inside AW

Current situation:
Inside AW if you select a player which is outside the your fellowship but is in one the following menu appears, even thought the player is in a FS the "Invite" boutton is present:

**"Invite" would be active if I were an ambassador.

Expected:
The correct menu should be as in the below imagine since the player has a FS.

Reproduction steps:
1.Select a player outside your FS in an AW.
2.See menu that appears.
