User Interface Worldmap in browser - Right mouse click on city, add menu options as Neighboor help, AWs

For the browser (HTML5 version) it would be nice to have the neighboor help and AWs in a menu when using the the right mouse click on a city.
Giving neighboor help on the worldmap costs a lot of time while on mobile this can be done faster because you don't enter the city itself.

Those menu options could be added above the existing menu items.

They still can't add AWs item to mailbox menu...=(
As for NH - it would be better to add some button in HUD that would switch "click on the city" action between enter city and open "app style" NH window. That will save us from a lot of useless clicks and precise mouse moves.
